The 2009 National Lifesaving Championships from the United Arab Emirates will take place on 3 October 2009 at the Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi.
The organisers are expecting over 100 competitors from all across the UAE for the event that is now in its fourth year.

There will be representatives from the Royal Lifesaving Society UK, Ellis & Associates and the American Red Cross on the day to assist with judging the events.
