On 20-21 November 2010, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) submitted to its Executive Committee and Foundation Board an interim report on the compliance of anti-doping organisations with the World Anti-Doping Code.
In the lead-up to the official report which will be submitted November 2011, WADA informed us the ILS anti-doping programme is currently in line with the WADA Code.
The adoption of the Code by the Olympic movement has become mandatory since 2003 and only sports that adopt and implement the Code are included in the programme of the Olympic Games.
ILS wishes to thank the athletes and officials of Lifesaving Sport for their respectful participation in the WADA programme.
