The President of the ILS Americas Region, Mr. B. Chris Brewster, informed the ILS Headquarters of the recent election of a new Board of the Trinidad and Tobago Life Saving Society (TTLSS).

He extended his most sincere congratulations to Mr. Wayne Beddoe for his election as President of the Trinidad and Tobago Life Saving Society, as well to Ms. Ann Singh, Vice-President, Mr. Anthony Stroude, General Secretary, Mrs. Sherrill-Ann Richardson-Hart, Treasurer, Mr. David Philip, Trustee, Mrs. Helen Bovell, Trustee, and Mr. Robert Brown, Trustee.

The International Life Saving Federation, and particularly the Americas Region, greatly appreciates the ongoing work and involvement in lifesaving of the Trinidad and Tobago Life Saving Society and looks forward to increased collaboration that could help further reduce the incidence of drowning throughout the Region.
